Melanie Mandery is a Partner at McDermott & Mandery, LLP, and has been in private practice since 1994. Melanie has extensive litigation practice experience in real estate, probate and trust, commercial, business and condominium law matters.
Prior to joining our firm, her experience, included working with some of New York’s most prominent divorce attorneys handling diverse transactional matters in matrimonial and family law, including prenuptial agreements; divorce; child custody; postnuptial agreements; separation contracts; and post-judgment custody, support modification and relocation litigation.
