Melanie Mandery is a Partner at McDermott & Mandery, LLP, and has been in private practice since 1994. Prior to joining our firm, her experience, included working with some of New York’s most prominent divorce attorneys handling diverse transactional matters in matrimonial and family law, including prenuptial agreements; divorce; child custody; postnuptial agreements; separation contracts; and post-judgment custody, support modification and relocation litigation. In addition to her divorce expertise, Melanie also has extensive litigation practice experience in real estate, probate and trust, commercial, business and condominium law matters.

Ms. Mandery is an experienced civil litigator and divorce mediator. She assists couples who want to take a more pro-active role in reaching a collaborative divorce agreement directly with their spouse. She has successfully completed intensive mediation training programs at both the prestigious Ackerman Institute for the Family and the Center for Understanding in Conflict.
